Pimp my ride running shoes part 1: No guitar
For the Ironman in Zurich in 2007, I had not raced the last 5 months before the race because a pain in the achilles tendon and heel. I have searched, studied, spent hours on the Internet to find out why and how. Finally, I got to customize, cut, grind, drill, Pimp my Ride so my run shoes to block pain. I was ok for 3.8 km swim, 180km bike for ... but not to run 42,195 km. My coach, Brett Sutton said: " swim as if it was the end of the world bike as if you had the Northwest, and 1km to the course and you will see the point ... if you're ok over 2km, then you check ... 3km and you do ... etc ... etc ... "Brett yelled everything he could along the way!
The story lasted for 38km until a rocket named Jaja caught me, so that it ended his Ironman 14km / h, the violet. He told me to hang to death so that we end up together ... done with a marathon in 3:09, and with our two qualifying 'in pocket for Hawaii. Reaction to the arrival of Brett: "No problem for Hawaii ... You Do The Same"
