The new regulations Clubs "J" and "non-J" facto prohibited the departure of MTB riders, even licensed route to a series of tests, including the Belgian Championship CLM or Cyclocross because the clubs do not pay the MTB solidarity fee of 300 €. Here is the text approved by the Board of RLV January 19:
Only riders (novice, junior, U23, elite) clubs with a recognition CPP, which contribute to the solidarity fund, will take the tests CPP cash for PIC (for beginners only reserved for clubs = J), Topcompétition, Lotto Cycling Cup, CB, PC, Elite Individual tests and test RPC abroad.
Runners (beginner, junior, U23, elite) other clubs may not participate in the above tests.
Beginners and Aspiring Runners Club gratefully CPP who want the label I must attend a minimum of 10 competitions CPP and the Minimes at a minimum of 5 events of initiations. Clubs such riders must demonstrate that these conditions are fulfilled by submitting a copy of the book concerned race.
Status then: pay the fee attributable to only schools cycling road ... ostracism?
